Delaware State University has an annual FASFA workshop that makes it easy for students and their families to apply for financial aid.

Students can access all information about FASFA at the Office of Financial Aid lobby area on the first floor of the Claiborne Smith Administration Building, from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.

College is a huge investment and in most cases is very costly and unaffordable for students and their families.

Delaware State University is constantly working to bring students to their goal of financial freedom.

The office of financial aid is always looking for different ways to provide financial assistance for all its students.

“The Office of Financial Aid understands that students and their families have a lot of questions about the financial aid process, that’s why we have set up a 10 point checklist,” says Melayna Hall of financial aid.

Mass Communications Senior, Tiana Proctor states “The FASFA workshops are something my parents and I attend annually here at the University. I appreciate these workshops and encouraged all students to attend.”

There are also many different scholarships and grants available for out of states and in states students to apply for.

FAFSA workshops at Delaware State University are used to educate and inform parents and students on how to correctly fill out their FAFSA as well as the best time they should apply.
