The Votes are In! Welcome the Newly-elected Freshman Class Board for 2018-2019

Delaware State University’s Class of 2022 is eager to make a difference within the freshman class and all throughout campus. Each classification has a leading group of individuals that works to fulfill the purpose to be the liaison between the students and administration.

Individuals that want to raise awareness on relatable issues amongst their class, as well as advance and empower the betterment of student life and the University are typically those that step up to the plate for the elections.

The freshman class is typically the most dynamic on campus. These students are the newest to the University and the most curious about what college life entails. The class of 2022 is already indicating an enthusiasm towards being the foundation for many new things that will be implemented at DSU for years to come.

Voting took place via Blackboard on Monday, September 17th from 8-4PM. The following candidates were elected their positions on
Monday, September 17th, in the MLK Student Center Lobby at 5PM: Jewel Phillips as Freshman Class President, Emily

Mister Freshman Aaron Pradier

Campanelli as Freshman Class Vice President, Faith Olasupo as Freshman Class Corresponding Secretary, Kaia Grey as Miss Freshman, and Aaron Pradier as Mister Freshman.

Aaron Pradier, Mister Freshman, asked one of his peers, “How can I be extraordinary throughout this school year?” She responded, “I think you can be extraordinary by showing school spirit, starting organizations, and being a good leader for our class.”
