Delaware State University recently had their first cancelled class snow day of the semester on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. The University cancelled the remainder of the classes on Tuesday the 20th at 5:30pm. • Conrad re-opened on Wednesday from 11am-2pm for brunch and 4:30-7pm for dinner.
